Viewing Non-Roman Fonts at iTanakh

iTanakh now uses Unicode to display non-Roman alphabets and transliterations. If the lines below appear on your screen in Hebrew, Greek, and transliterated Hebrew, your browser and system support Unicode. If you see nonsensical characters, you may need to upgrade your browser and/or system software to a version that supports Unicode. Visit Alan Wood’s Unicode and Multilingual Web Browsers Resourcce Page if you need help viewing Unicode in your browser.

For best results, iTanakh recommends that you download and install the Charis SIL font provided (free of charge) by the Summer Institute of Linguistics.
